Facets enable you to narrow the search within your assets to specific criteria, thus achieving significantly improved results. The facet filters out the meta-content and gives you an appropriate hit list to match your requirements. Numerous facts are available depending on the asset type (image, page, article). If you are looking for images, facets such as “photographer”, “source” or “rights” will be displayed to further refine the results. When searching for pages, the facets “newspaper name”, “department” and “sub-department” lead to higher hit rates. The same happens when searching for articles with the facets “agency name”, “department” and “newspaper title”.
Within the hit lists the facets can be sorted and personalized by the user. The last status of the selection is automatically saved. This allows you to configure huGO+ according to your preferences, and make it your personal project assistant!
